ABOUT US:
We are two females in our late twenties, who love This Is Us, pizza, and wine and are looking to fill the third bedroom in our apartment. We don't smoke, drink occasionally, and are generally pretty low key during the week.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
We are a 6 minute walk to the Van Ness Metro. It is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment, with a large living room, and nice kitchen. The bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and a desk. It has a large closet in the hallway. You would share a bathroom with one of us. The apartment building has a gym, laundry room, roof deck, 24 hour concierge, and available indoor/outdoor parking. We are losing our couch and are hoping that whoever moves in will split the cost with us.

ABOUT YOU:
A non-smoking female who will pay her rent on time, clean up after herself, and will share a meal/have a movie night with her roomies every once in a while! And sorry no pets!-one of us is allergic to cats.
