It is located in a nice, family friendly area, with an open backyard near Piggy Wiggly in Hartford. All appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, brand new high efficiency wash machine, and dryer) are included, but utilities are not. I am asking $1,075/mo. with a $75/mo. credit being applied making it $1000/mo if the tenants take care of mowing the lawn and removing snow from a little bit of sidewalk in the winter. $1,150 security deposit will be required, but the lease length will be somewhat negotiable. No smoking and I prefer no pets, but would possibly consider it for an additional monthly charge. Interested persons will have to pay to have their credit report pulled. If it is anything like last year, I will probably need to have a few open house dates for several people to come see the place at once. Right now it will be available on Jan 1st, but I can probably make some other arrangements with the current tenants if need be.--Finally available . I painted some rooms, put in New cellular blinds, bathroom flooring, and kitchen sink, so I was working on getting that finished up. None of that is reflected in the pictures.
