I have a restaurant that seats 77.. I have tables that seat 60 right now in there and there are a lot more chairs... It comes with all.the equipment except I am taking my grill and 2 fryers... there is a small flat top grill and 2 burners on it... there is a freezer.. comes with all the shelving and counters. the only thing that I do not OWN is all the coke equipment and the ice machine. that all stays if you want and the coke machine stuff i don't pay for as long as I buy the syrup.from them. the ice machine is a rental. the fridge and the prep table I am leasing to own... they are brand new and I have owned them for 45 days. so still under warrenty. I can take those with me to my new restaurant or you can keep them and take over the lease. the pos system is 89/mo you can use that or i can take it. this is a full service restaurant and has awesome lunch.. if someone came in there and did breakfast and lunch they would kill it. :-) we are moving our restaurant to a different location closer to home. I have already been there a month and have done awesome business. this is a business district so most customers are workers around there. we have a LOT OF CUSTOMERS that come in daily. everyday. I will show you SOME recipes that the customers love...sat the 11th was our last.day so it would be best that it doesn't ever close close so we need to get someone in asap.
