My friend and I currently occupy the two bedrooms upstairs. Neither of us smokes, and we rarely drink. Both of us are under 30 and working in a professional capacity. We do not create too much noise, nor do we have large numbers of people visiting us at any one time. Everyone here is respectful and easy to live with. It is important to me to room with someone who is easy to get along with and respectful of the private space of the other tenants.

Living here you would basically have the downstairs area to yourself as only your room and the garage are located off the main hallway. The room is currently unfurnished, but arrangements can be made before your move-in date if furnished rooms are a must for you. You have an attached and private bathroom as well as direct access to the backyard! The second floor is a shared space with a kitchen, and laundry is on the third floor.

I am asking for $1,100 per month with a deposit and payment of first/last month to move in. I also would like to set up an automatic withdrawal of the monthly rent as it is a hassle to collect consistently and just easier for everyone if the arrangments are in place.

I am happy to answer any questions or to negotiate (within reason)
I would like to move someone into the space by Dec 1st if at all possible.
