I have a 1 br/1ba apartment available at the Metropolitan at Lincoln Station, tenant must take over lease which ends in January 2016. I am moving out of state and I will need to transfer my lease over before I can move. Rent is $1,118/mo; move in date is negotiable but I will need approximately 30 days to vacate.
