This house is very close to almaden exwy and capitol expressway. It is about 2 minutes to access hwy 87.
Looking for working profesionals and/or full time students, international students are welcome, no matter male or female, older or younger. Hope you don't smoke (at least not inside), don't do drugs, respectful, don't make too much noise and clean up after yourself in common area. Light cooking is allowed.
Room is furnished with a full size bed, a table and an armchair. Rent is $1199 per month that includes electricity, gas, water, trash, high speed internet, cable TV(basic) and gardener service. Car parking is free on driveway or on street. Laundry room is on site and for use without extra charge. One year lease is preferred. 6 months is acceptable.
