The condo is very nice and has lots of amenities. Great lake view and you can see right into solider field. Its a short walk to the stadium, museum campus, the beach, harbor and lots of great bars and restaurants.
There is oven, dishwasher, microwave, in unit washer / dryer, gym, roof top pool(currently closed), and community room.
You will have your own bathroom and will have the den for an office or whatever you want. Below are some photos.
Includes all utilities, cable, internet, - everything but parking. There is a garage in the building (not sure how much renting a space is) and street parking available. I'm not requiring a year lease - month to month is fine if you are not settled in the city yet - just asking for a 1 month warning before you move out so I can find a new roommate. I put a queen size inflatable mattress in the room for scale.
About me: 32 single m professional, I work a fair amount so not home a ton.
