Newberry Springs is mostly Agriculture. The area, these lots are in , has been devided in to 2.14 to 2.50 acre lots. People here can get to work in Barstow or one of the two Marine bases to work in about twenty five minuets. The Ft Irwin Army base is about forty minuets and Victorville, Hesperia , Apple Valley Area is about one hour. Water is underground and we still use wells. Living is clean and healthy here. We enjoy hiking, horse riding and dirt biking out here. The near by farms have pistacios, pamagranite, Alfalfa, live stock. We have small schools and lots of Churches. People can actually afford to still live.
