Waterfront home on Congamond lake south pond. 3 bedrooms 2 Full bathrooms. We have a 40 foot stationary dock and an 8x12 moored swim platform, the boating ,fishing and swimming is great!The Home has a queen size bed, a full size bed and 2 full size futons. We include the use of our 11ft aluminum row boat and out door grill. The kitchen has refrigerator and stove complete with basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. No beding pillows or linens included. Parking for 6 to 8 cars.
