Hello everyone! Fall is almost upon us so come check out our great features and meet our awesome staff here at Farms at Cool Springs! We have 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments to offer as well as several different amenities to choose from as well! We have our 24 hour fitness center and business center, our club house that includes conference room and free Wi fi through out! Our pool and hot tub are located behind he leasing office which has plenty of seating and a gazebo to sit in the shade under. Oh and let's not forget our on sight carwash and laundry center! Our units have upgrades such as stainless steal appliances (including microwave), new countertops, wood vinyl flooring, and brand new cabinetry as well!
