The office has 4 executive offices as well as staff workstations. One of our group was relocated, leaving three other professionals sharing the space. Two are Wealth Managers to an affluent clientele, and the third is a CPA. We are looking to bring in another financial professional [lending, accounting, finance, legal, real estate, family office, or entrepreneur type].
We have all been together about 4 years and have 18 months left on our lease. Rates are favorable and we are effectively sharing costs. We plan to extend our lease when it comes up for renewal.
