Everyone needs a little Beach Therapy from time to time. Whether you're coming to splash in the water, bathe in the sun, or try your luck catching some fish there is a season for you all throughout the year. This 2BR/1.5BA townhome (plus an outdoor hot/cold shower) is the spot to come stay close to the beach and even closer to the Mexico Beach canal. Located on Miramar Drive, you'll be on the beachside of the highway with nothing to cross to get to the beach. Just a short 2-minute walk on a quiet street with no thru traffic and you'll be enjoying some much-needed therapeutic beach time!
Beach Therapy is an end-unit townhome with the living level when you enter on the ground floor, no steps to climb. Also on this ground level is a fantastic outdoor space in the back yard. At the end of the day, you could be enjoying drinks and the catch of the day on the large, private back deck. This fenced-in patio comes with a dining table, gas BBQ grill, and a rather large enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with dressing area. Feel free to use the beach cart, toys, and beach chairs!
Because it's on the end there is a wider concrete pad for additional parking for boat or car. In fact, there is a boat launch directly across the street. In just a few short minutes, you can be in the Gulf on your way to a beautiful day on the water or reeling in fresh catch for dinner!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit. Our home includes wifi, a 50" Smart TV downstairs and a 40" Smart TV in the King bedroom with Netflix and local antenna channels included as well as indoor/outdoor speakers to enjoy listening to iHeartRadio outside or enjoying movies in stereo. The Queen bedroom also has a TV with DVD player. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs creating privacy from the living area. The king bedroom has its own balcony and on a cool Florida evening, you can open the sliding door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves! ​
