I will be out of the country and can sublet my master bedroom Aug 31 to Oct 15 if we find a good match for the household. My clothes and other stuff stay in the room, but I will make room in part of the closet and drawers. If you should need accomodation for a few days before and/or after the period of Aug 31 / Oct 15, we have a guest futon in a recessed part of the living room that has got privacy provided by a curtain, and would share the bathroom with two housemates (35$/day).

HOUSE: a 3 bedrooms / two bathrooms townhouse, nicely furnished, amenities, Uverse WI FI (fiber optic, 12 mbps), dish and laundry washers, new tiles throughout, private patio. Plenty of street parking and some private guest parking.

COMPLEX: 14 semi-heichler style townhouses immersed in a private park with mature trees and a great swimming pool (no pool parties allowed).

LOCATION: safe and peaceful neighborhood, right by Creekside Park and Trail, for easy walks or biking to downtown or the bay. Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, AMES etc.are minutes away. Quick access to Central expressway, 101, 85, 237, 280. If you don't drive it's easy to get around by bike.

ROOM: Master bedroom, furnished (queen size bed, desk, large flat screen TV w/bluray etc.). Private bathroom with shower booth.

ROOMIES: two professional males in mid twenties, one is Canadian and one French (I am Italian :-). Friendly and relaxed environment, we socialize, dine together when there's a chance, do weekend activities etc.

YOU: responsible, quiet, helpful keeping common areas clean. Limited use of kitchen is ok: store food, microwave, use stove for simple / light cooking only (kitchen is small and wouldn't allow for multiple chefs work so we try be reasonable, sometimes we take turns cooking and share food together). HOUSE 'RULES': No inside smoking, no shoes inside, no loud music, keep own room and shared bathroom clean, participate in cleaning common area.

Asking 2250 $ for the entire period (1500/mth), all utilities included. This includes all utilities (gas, electric, water-sewage, high speed internet). Deposit$.
