1600 Quiet female looking for cottageapartment in the South Bay (San JoseCampbellLos Gatos)
I know this is a long shot but will try anyway. . .
I'm looking for a cottage/apartment in the Rose Garden-Alameda area of San Jose, near downtown Los Gatos, or Campbell. A studio would be fine but prefer a 1 bedroom. I would ideally like hardwood or non-carpeted floors and a kitchen with stove and oven. Budget around $1600 and could do up to a 1-year lease.
I'm a female in my late 20s and work in the health care field. I have a reliable income source and would be happy to provide pay stubs. I do not have a significant other, kids, or pets so this would be just for myself. I am quiet, neat, and responsible.
