CHW 3-year fellow just moved out of upper duplex, so meets MCW/CHW/Froedert distance criteria.
Tenant pays for gas/electric and, if added by tenant, cable television.
Located in a quiet residential community of professionals, young singles and couples, families, and retired individuals. Wisconsin Lutheran College, Froedert, Wauwatosa Village, and Mayfair. Walking distance to Juniper 61, Bel Aire Cantina, Il Mito, Camp Bar, and Rosebud Cinema Drafthouse, and other popular Wauwatosa restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, clothing and home decor shops. A very short drive/Uber/Lyft/bus ride to Mayfair Mall with stores like Nordstorm, Macy's, Michael Kors, Coach, Forever 21, Ann Taylor, and restaurants like PF Chang, Cheesecake Factory, and Maggiano's (all of which offer home delivery through a local service).

[This] home was one of the best homes that I have had the privilege of staying in. It was very quiet and spacious. VERY COMFORTABLE! I just loved my stay there. The neighbor who lives upstairs was very kind and helpful. She had plenty of linens and many pots and pans where I could do my own cooking including mixing bowls and cutting knives. She had a basket of snacks left out for me and many cold drinks in the refrigerator as well. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. I hope to stay here again the next time I return to the area.

Nice and very comfortable house! We cooked and were able to save on eating out. Very nice furniture and nice welcoming!

We stayed three nights and were very pleased with the experience, the house was wonderful, it was just what we needed, very quiet and comfortable. Communication was great, access was very easy and I would definitely use her again if going to the Milwaukee area.
