Our House is located in quiet, family neighborhood. There is an in ground pool and large lot. We open and close the pool and you maintain while open. The heat is oil forced air with a pellet stove to supplement. You are responsible for oil, pellets, power, trash and snow removal. We will take care of mowing and gardens. This house is located close to Burlington, Essex and Winooski. Beaches, bike path and all recreational programs offered by Colchester available. Please, no smoking and no pets.
