This apartment is in the village section of town. It will be available in late August. There are vinyl windows, mini-blinds and hardwood floors. One of the closets is a walk-in. Heat, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, TV, iron and ironing board are included. There is parking for two cars and a coin washer and dryer in the basement. It is near a library, bus stop, banks, post office, restaurants, supermarket, boardwalk, park, etc. It is a quick commute to IDEXX, SAPPI, UNE, UMHS, the Maine Mall and halfway between the two USM campuses. No pets and no smokers please! We require a full security deposit when the lease is signed. Before moving in you will need the first month's rent and renter's insurance.
