This apartment is perfect for someone in Southern Maine for a contract position, someone who is relocating and needs time to find something more permanent, or perhaps graduate or law student(s) at UNE or USM. So, we retained a snowblowing service which will significantly reduce (but unfortunately won't eliminate) the time you will spend shoveling next winter! (Especially if it's as treacherous as it was this past winter). All tenants are expected to pitch in to clear snow between the professional service's visits.
