Summer is finally here! Book your beach weekends now! Only 3 weekends remain open: August 21, 22, August 28, 29 and Labor Day Weekend, September 4, 5 and 6.
The house is a comfortable, 3 bedroom single family home with two private baths, an out door shower, a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a living room, large sun room and laundry.
There are two bedrooms available for summer weekend rentals. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, side tables, closet, cable TV, wireless internet connection and ceiling fan. The room is for one or two adults. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. Directly across from this bedroom is a second bedroom which is also available at an additional cost which shares the same bathroom as the first bedroom if you are interested. Perfect for a friend or couple you want to enjoy the beach with together. The second bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, closet, cable TV wireless internet, and ceiling fan. Again, second bedroom is for one adult or couple who will share the bathroom with the first bedroom for a maximum of four adults. The second bedroom will only be rented to members of the same party, not unrelated couple.
Also available is a shed to store your bike(s). The home is located off Rt. 1, ocean side, not far from the Giant, outlets and bike trail. Easy access to downtown Rehoboth or Lewes. The home is shared with male owner who has his own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of house. Gay friendly. No smoking in house, no drugs, and I'm sorry, I do not take pets.
This is for weekend rentals only -- Friday, and Saturday nights with checkout at 11 am on Sunday.
Rentals are $175/night/room and Labor Day weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) the cost is $200/night/room with a three night stay required. Questions? Please ask.
