There is a Full Kitchen with everything, including a dishwasher and fill fridge with ice maker. There is also a large Dining Room adjoining the Great Room, 2 Bedrooms (King & Queen), each with a sliding door to the lanai, and 2 Full Baths (Master and Hallway). Plus there is a full laundry area in the attached Garage.
The Upper floor is very tastefully designed, with slate tile, Koa wood trim, and Vaulted ceilings as well. The Great Room is large, open, and has large windows for great breezes. There is also a Breakfast Bar, dining area, a nicely appointed Kitchen, and a large covered Lanai. Master bedroom (King) has full bath, walk in closet, and sliding door to private Lanai view. The 2nd upstairs bedroom (Full) has large closet and sliding door to main Lanai area. There is also a second Laundry with a full sized washer & dryer behind louvered doors The pull out couch in the upper Great Room can add up to 2 more guests.
