Here is an amazing opportunity to move into a one-bedroom loft from February 1st - July 31st. My girl friend and I have lived in this apartment for close to a year and a half. WE LOVE IT HERE. Prime location, all the amenities anyone can ask for, and a great overall community within the building. We need to move closer to home due to a death within the family. Because of this we need to get out of our lease early. ☹ We are looking to move out at some point in January and have the unit available for take over at the latest on February 1st (let us know if you are interested in an earlier move in date we might be able to arrange it.)

This is a spacious, 905sqft, one bedroom loft with a very industrial feel. It used to be an old bookbinding factory! This loft has three sliding door size windows that deliver a view of the Sears (Willis) Tower and a lot of natural light. This layout has a very open living room and kitchen area. The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bedroom set, two bedside tables, and an amour without feeling cramped. There is also an enormous walk-in closet, which my girl friend has taken over (: P), attached to the bedroom. But not to worry men with companions that have a lot of "Stuff." There are two full sized closets and two half-size closets along the hallway to the bedroom/bathroom. There is also a massive full sized shower and bathroom area. Finally there is an open area by the front door that we converted into an office.

Culture:

2. The building echoes a very similar theme as the neighborhood
3. Everyone is friendly and there are events put on by the building manager every month or two to meet your fellow tenants
4. There are restaurants and bars seconds away from the building

Other:
1. Small storage locker included with the unit in the basement

3. Video surveillance at all entrances
4. 24 hours maintenance onsite
5. A mail room under video surveillance
6. The building is Pet Friendly


Overall, this is a great apartment! If we were in different circumstances we would defiantly stay for our entire lease and likely for another year. Sorry for the novel but I put down everything that I would want to know before moving in somewhere. If I missed anything feel free to reach out to me with any other questions.

Please note that we are looking for a lease take over, not a sublease. This means it will be like you are applying to a normal apartment complex. They will be checking your credit history and doing a background check before move in. This will be conducted by the leasing agency. The only difference is that it is a truncated lease. Your lease will go from whenever you move in until July 31st.
