I am leaving town for exactly 1 month and so I'm subletting out my 1 bed / 1 bath in this 2 bed / 2 bath house on the beach.
It's available Aug 21st through Sept 20th.
The house is directly on the beach in Hermosa (see pictures!). There are 2 houses between us and actual sand. You can see/hear ocean water from the bedroom window.
I'm providing a queen sized bed, 46" LCD TV, and a cheap little computer desk with a broken drawer, as pictured. Also in our living room we have a nice big sofa and a pool table. The TV in the bedroom does not have Cable, you just use Chromecast to stream netflix/hulu to it. We do have full blown cable channels available on the TV in the living room though.
Let's face it, you won't be watching any TV anyway when you live a 10 second walk to the sand.
Washer and dryer are both available in the house.
I can provide brand new sheets on the bed if you'd like. When you arrive the sheets will be sitting in packaging, brand new, ready for you to unpackage and put on the bed.
There is also a garage you may park in. We have a 2 car garage and my roommate keeps a vehicle in there. I do not.
You'll have a roommate, he's a 27 year old working professional. He does have fun and drinks on the weekends, but he doesn't "bring the party home," so I've always gotten good sleep at night and so should you. Besides, you can sleep to the sound of the ocean. As I type this, I'm in the bedroom with the window open and I can hear the ocean waves lapping up on the shore.
