My Vermont ski vacation condo is located on German Flats Rd, just off the Sugarbush access Rd on the line of Warren and Fayston, Vermont. It is just 1.25 miles from the base of Sugarbush North (Mt Ellen), 2.5 miles from Sugarbush South and about 6 miles from Mad River Glen.. The condo has 1 master bedroom with deck, loft bedroom, and one full bath. It sleeps 4.

The first floor has a mud room with large closet and ample space for skis, boots and clothes. The kitchen opens to a dining area and living area with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and views of the mountains through beautiful birch trees. There is a full bath on the first floor.

Up some winding stairs is the loft bedroom that sleeps 2. The loft is very cozy and has a queen size high quality and comfortable futon on a wood frame. The second floor has a master bedroom with queen sized bed and deck that has views of the beautiful grounds and surrounding 10 acres. There are only 34 units here.

The unique location of the Vermont ski vacation rental offers a serene and quiet atmosphere yet near all the action! It is also right on the Catamount trail, a beautiful and varied trail that runs the length of Vermont. The 10 acres owned by the association is adjacent to 650 private wooded acres allowing plenty of walking, mountain biking and back country skiing and snow shoeing.

Amenities: WiFi, and community house offers ping pong, reading areas, washer, dryer and sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace.

Rental rate for a 3 month period starting after December 10 is $5700 ($1900 per month) plus utilities. $7400 for 4 months. Free WiFi, plowing, trash.

Propane gas heat. It is very efficient. The utility bills are very reasonable!

Pets are not allowed. Not my rule, but the association's.

I have a rental agreement that we sign and require 1/3 payment deposit up front and security deposit.
