Our place is warm and comfortable, sitting on the edge of an enchanted rainforest..Extremely private with tropical views and very safe, at the back of our property. We aim for comfort - chiropractic-approved king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full bathroom with tub/shower, plus spectacular covered lanai facing the forest downstairs. Hi-speed wifi. Well-loved outside garden shower ❤️ A peaceful spot that is so perfectly located, people are sad to leave their "second home" ; ) Sleeps 2 or small family comfortably. All you need for the beach is supplied, plus your own washer/ dryer/sink in the utility room.

"What a lovely and secluded retreat! My wife and I stayed at the amazingly well-appointed, clean, cottage nestled on the edge of the shama bird-rain forest sanctuary. Despite the secluded feel of the cottage, it is just minutes from all must-sees in Kilauea town (Healthy Hut, Kilauea Fish Market) and great beaches. Our host was amazingly responsive and ensured that every detail about our stay was just right. We can't wait to come back!"
