I want to sublet my apartment ASAP at University Village Apartments on Terrace Road near ASU from 1st June. I am moving out as I graduated a few days back. The lease goes on till 31st July.

Its a clean community with beautiful landscaping and pool. The apartment is spacious with a walk-in closet and a patio. It also has a separate store room accessible from the outside to keep your bike or any other stuff. The patio opens out to the lawn and there are multiple BBQ grills in common areas. Great for parties. The management is really helpful and responsive.

Its at a 5 minutes walk to ASU and light rail station. There are convenience stores and restaurants at 5 minutes walking distance as well. So, the location is the best you can get.

The apartment does not come with a microwave but I am willing to throw mine in for free. Also, I have a chair and a table that you can have at no extra cost. I want to sublease ASAP and I am willing to negotiate the rent. Contact me if you're interested
