I am subletting my room in a wonderful waterfront condo from June 1st- Oct 1st when I will return from working in Bend. This is a quiet place with a strict non smoking and drama free policy. You'll have your own bathroom and a fully furnished bedroom. The other roommate is a quiet female professional also here until October when I return. I will be stopping by periodically to say hello as Bend is only three hours away and I have family here that I will visit. The rent is 700 per month all included and a 350 deposit or half of your last month. This is a truly amazing place to spend the summer and I hope to hear from you asap as it will certainly be off the market.
