Some of our wonderful amenities include a state of the art fitness center, coffee bar. We also have two beautiful sparkling indoor and outdoor swimming pools with an outdoor fire pit, tennis court outdoor picnic area great for parties, business center. We are currently renovating the interior of some of our apartment homes. The renovations include upgraded cabinetry, wood vinyl flooring and upgraded light fixtures, granite countertops.
Our one bedroom one bath apartment homes are 555-889 square feet; our beautiful spacious two bedrooms two bath are 1018-1375 square feet call for great pricing. The application process usually takes less than twenty-four hours, and the application fee is $49 and $100 administrative fee and $300 pet fee.
