Parking spot available. No partiers, felons, drugs or guns in our home. We are located in midtown (near Lake Otis and Tudor), on Major Bus Route with shopping, restaurants, trails, UAA and hospitals all close by. We are laid back, love to cook and have a small 9 year old Spaniel.
