QR Code Link to This Post Single mom with no family in the area looking for a retired grandmother type who is in need of housing in exchange for childcare Monday - Friday. You will have a 1 BR with bed and large closet to yourself with shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Utilities included are the basics (electric, water, heat, sewage) and the internet. I may also be able to provide you with a cell phone if you need it. The basic household goods will also be provided (ie: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, basic groceries, etc.) You may help yourself to anything in our home. This is a perfect position for someone who has a primary/alternative source of income and is looking for a place to stay. I work Monday through Fridays and will be out of the home from 6:00 am - 6 pm daily with the occasional late evening at work or overnight conference. My children are older and fairly self sufficient. No diapers. No cleaning. Minimal cooking (really just heating up things I've already prepared). You can do other work while you're here (ie: school work, work from home, babysit one other child, etc.) My youngest will be heading off to kindergarten in Sep 2019.
