It is with a heavy heart we have decided we need to re-home our dogs. If they could stay together that would be great, but that may be hard to find. I just want them to go to loving homes.
Both dogs are great. Miley is a 5 year old lab Shepard mix. We have had her since a puppy. Mac is a 1 year old cattle dog/chihuahua mix. They have both been around small children, although Mac is not as patient with kids. Miley is great with people, but sometimes acts aggressive towards other dogs, particularly big dogs.
Our home is just not big enough for the dogs, as well as one of our children has allergies. We don't have enough time for them and I feel like they are not getting the love and attention they deserve. Most of the time I am overwhelmed by how much I have going on and yell at them, I am not nice to them and I feel bad about it. My husband isn't fond of them and it causes a lot of relationship problems for us. I just want them to have better lives, and feel that they would be better off with another family.
Both are house broken and crate trained. Their beds & crates would be included. Both are fixed, and UTD on all shots. Have (for the most part) regularly been given heartworm and flea treatments. Miley weighs about 65 lbs and Mac about 25 lbs.
