We are a non-smoking property. All units have private entrances. The unit itself in the living room has a NEW leather sleeper sofa and a fireplace. The bedroom has a NEW King bed!! The kitchen has all kitchenware, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have a washer and dryer in the unit..We are all utilities paid included (gas, electricity, cable, and internet), HD cable with HBO, wireless internet and once a week light housekeeping. We have plenty of off street parking. Gas grills throughout the property and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Exercise center with free weights, and treadmill. We are in the DTC area and down the street from the light rail, about 5 minutes to I-25 and 15/20 minutes to downtown Denver. We want out residents happy, content and to enjoy their stay here with us. We are dependable, fair and honest. We have no hidden fees, or deposits. We do require a valid credit card and driver's license. Please ask about certain units that are dog friendly. We are here in the office during the week and sometimes weekends. We are always on call 24/7. Month to Month lease is $2,195 and 3+committed lease is $2,095.00
