This great home has an open floor plan on the first level, with a fully functional eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc), stacked washer/dryer, 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and living room with cable TV and views of the ocean.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a king-sized bed. Two of the bedrooms also have some ocean views.
Outside there is a picnic table, gas grill, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower! Parking is limited to 2 cars.
Completing all of this is the fact that you can walk just a short distance to Short Sands Beach and the surrounding shops, restaurants, arcade, playground, gazebo with nightly music, and York's Wild Animal Kingdom Zoo. The location can't be beat!
All linens are provided. Cable, Internet. No pets and non-smoking property.
