First-time Rover customers only. About Me Hello my name is Sylvia! I have been working with animals almost my entire life. I have studied in Animal Behavior as well, as Pre-Veterinary Care. I grew up in a large family of ten children and we were always surrounded by animals. Growing up, my parents often rescued animals in need so, I've worked with- Dogs, cats, horse, ferrets, hamsters, turtles, snakes, deer, opossum, and a variety of other animals as well. Your pets will be cared for in the safety of your own home, so your pets feel more secure. Taking your pet to an unknown place, can and probably will put them in a stressed and unhappy predicament. I am more than happy to take care of your pets while you are away and yes if you have caged animals, (such as fish,rodents, or birds) I am more than happy to care for them as well. P.S. I also love updating you on your animals condition and what we are up to while I'm there, with pictures or even emails! medium (15-40 lbs),
large (41-100 lbs),
