Beautifully designed and tropically styled, our vacation home is just 3 miles from the airport. We're located on the gentle slopes of Kona at the perfect elevation, so it is pleasantly a few degrees cooler than Downtown Kona. Our home is a great place for relaxing and enjoying the comfortable Hawaii weather, and there is no need for air conditioning. With our home's location being north of the downtown Kona area, we are closer to the bigger and more sandy beaches on the Kona Coast, but still only 15 minutes from a large assortment of restaurants and shops.
The House has an open living area layout with vaulted ceilings. It is all one level, including the large covered lanai and hot tub area, and the pool deck. There are 4 tropically decorated bedrooms, 3 have a King bed, and the 4th has a Full and Twin.
The Kitchen is very large and extremely well equipped. Many extras are provided with our home, beach equipment, assorted high quality snorkel gear, and boogie boards too. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens are provided, Full Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer and all needed soaps. Paper products for your entire stay, most all condiments, spices, and cooking needs are restocked prior to each group. We try to provide everything you would need.
