I'm desperately needing a cool totally laid back roommate ASAP! I only reason I'm renting my room out is because I'm living with multiple chronic pains and other health issues and pending for disability. And damn conservative Indiana just took my food stamps. So I need some kind of income so I can eat something more and a little healthier and more sufficient than just just food pantries please! And cash is better so I have some money to live off of for whatever things I need. Thanks! I'm running out of food quickly and just already went to all food pantries in my area here.

My housing assistance here is through a big major private health organization based on my HIV status! It's not section 8. And guests don't sign in. And my neighbors all keep to themselves. The property management never comes into my building. So no worries about them finding out or kicking you or me out of my place here.

No wifi! Can't park here or I'll lose my housing assistance. I'm not putting anyone on the lease, can't. No cable! Unfurnished! No bed here. Street parking only or will have to find nearby parking elsewhere. No idea where! Sorry!

I'm very spiritual/Buddhist/Unity Christian! Very down to earth easy going on! I'm currently pending for awhile for disability! I live in privately/private owned / funded yet subsidized 1 bedroom apartment. But I sleep on the couch in the living room. You get the private bedroom with shared living room usage during the day or whatever. And full use of kitchen.

You won't be able to receive mail here or park here or I'll lose my place here and my housing assistance if anyone knows you're here. So you'll have to have a post office box or UPS box or receive mail elsewhere at a friend's or something. Room here is ideal for another disabled person, person only working part time, broke open minded students,currently homeless but working persons, have limited disability income, etc.

We are allowed to smoke cigarettes in my building and I do. But I can smoke outside if you need. You will be able to have and will ideally be ok with me having guests anytime I want. Or at least half the time while you're at work if you work and or while you are school or wherever. I'll need communication and your work schedule please so we know when each other are home alone.

Room is available for anyone gay or straight or bi but very open minded, gay/LGBT friendly person! You can be male or female, transgender, etc. Just don't tell anybody about you living here and cause me to lose my housing assistance and become homeless myself again please. Thanks. Again nobody including my housing case management or property management will know or can find out you're living here. Thanks again for understanding. Please don't give me any drama to deal with including trying to complain about me not having to pay anything towards my rent or utilities.
