Rent is $275, plus electric and internet. Apartment is fully furnished except for the second bedroom. I don't have cable or a tv, but am open to getting cable added if you bring a tv and would like to have it in your room (not a split cost).
Apartment has a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Heating and cooling are electric. There is plenty of parking, both on and off street. Close to UNK (about 1 mile). Your name will be added to the lease. The lease term ends July 1, 2018. You would be responsible for your portion of rent and utilities through that date. You will also sign a roommate contract with me that the landlords have agreed to uphold. No pets, no smoking.
