You won't find a better place to live for the money!!!!! It is better than any hotel, suite or dorm, you don't just have a room , you will live in a HOUSE!!! Nice well taken care off home with respectful roommates, very relaxed atmosphere and no other responsibilities than keeping your room and the bathroom clean. br>
Kitchen is fully equipped, to be used (and cleaned up after ) by everyone . May use washer and dryer as well

We are three awesome housemates with charming and well trained dogs sharing a spacious 4 Bed 2.5 Bath house and seek to have one more person to live with us. We live very central to EVRYTHING super convenient close, like the big Warren Theater, all shopping from clothes to food to home improvement to walmart, post office, parks, and restaurants... it's almost in walking distance

You would need to be NON SMOKING and dog loving,
need to be stable, responsible, honest and respectful of others property and privacy, please have a sense for order and cleanliness, have your own live. We don't mind friends coming over and staying occasionally for a few nights, but will not tolerate drinking parties every night or having constantly two people sharing one room .

We all get well along and maintain a positive attitude. We don't care about age, gender, nationality and such but it is important that we treat each other with respect, that the dogs are treated with kindness and that we keep the house orderly.

Your room is about 10 x 10, has a ceiling fan and closet. Has a desk but you would need to bring your bed. I can get a bed but would charge $15 extra a month. You will share the shower with two other awesome quiet and clean guys.
Rent is $299/month plus share of bills about $50 - $80 depending on the season, that includes high speed internet service. Please plan for one month rent deposit, can be paid in two installments if needed.
