There is one full bedroom and a second room that could be used as a second bedroom or as an office. The second room could sleep two. There is one bathroom at the back of the house along with a laundry room with full size washer/dryer set. There are plenty of new linens for all of the beds.
The unit was just renovated in June of 2015. The kitchen has lots of granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and lots of storage space. All dishes, linens, silverware and cookware are brand new.
There is a shared outdoor space that includes a grill and outdoor seating- perfect for Louisiana summer evenings!
There is no off-street parking, but parking is incredibly easy on this block. There is usually a spot open in front of the unit.
This unit is two blocks from Magazine St. Breaux Mart, Big Fisherman, The Bulldog, Rum House, Walgreens and so many other bars, restaurants and shops are all within a couple minutes of walking. Five blocks from Nola Brewery (Free beer Fridays!)
