My current roommate and myself are looking to move to Golden in mid to late May.
A little bit about us; We are two males in our late twenties. I currently work full time with Jefferson County Open Space and my roommate Taylor works full time for the City of Westminster as a parks maintenance supervisor. We are very responsible, tidy, respectful, and pretty handy when it comes to fixing things.
We are both avid outdoorsmen. We all like to stay busy on weekends by skiing, whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, and doing just about anything else to stay active. Because of the activities that we do and the close proximity to work, Golden is the perfect area.
We are ideally looking to move in mid May as our current lease in Arvada ends in late May. Neither of us smoke, use drugs or have pets. We're hoping to find a 2 bedroom for $1400.00 or less.
