Before discounts (listed below), Off-season (Oct.1 to Memorial Day 2018): $110/night Sun-Thurs; $150/night Fri/Sat. Add 11.8% for taxes and $70 cleaning fee. Beyond 2 guests, add $20/adult, $10/minor (for entire stay, not per night).

While cozy for just a couple, our 2-bedroom 2-bath, 760 SF cottage can sleep up to 8: queen in main bedroom, queen and bunks in 2nd bedroom, queen futon in the living room. Kitchen is fully furnished, including dishwasher. Don't bring coffee--we provide organic/fair trade coffee recently roasted by Pop's granddaughter, Mary Lowry (www.facebook.com/mary.songbird.5).
Wi-Fi/Internet, cable TV, DVD, washer and dryer.
Dog deposit $100, $80 refunded upon satisfactory inspections of cottage and yard following stay.
