We are looking for someone who would like to rent a room, partially or non-furnished, in a fully furnished house with living room, dining room, and kitchen, including washer and dryer. It's the largest bedroom, located directly next to the bathroom on the upper floor, and includes a large closet. The room is very large, but we are looking for only one person (preferably female), as we are two couples in the other two rooms, and the household is fully stocked. We are looking for someone willing to commit to 6-months with an option to extend. We keep a clean and respectful house and are looking forward to meeting you!
Rent is $300/month +Utilities(~$20) Deposit is $400
The room is available immediately
Total move in cost $720 (jan. Rent/Utilities + Deposit)
Pass to Presidigo Bus will be included with room (Free shuttle around York and to Downtown)
