I am a friendly, clean and sanitary, honest, respectful, mature, quiet, and easy to get along with, 61 yo Welsh/Irish Gentleman, "Traveling Craft Fairs Artist" who needs a safe and stable, peaceful and friendly, place to park in Olympia Area and quietly dwell in my little RV camper van.
I could pay you $100.00 per month on the first of every month as a storage fee to park my camper van on your property, when I am in Florida, or traveling around selling my art work!
I could pay you an additional $200.00 per month, which is $6.50 pro-rated per day dwelling fee, when I am residing in my camper on your property. I am very honest about keeping track of the pro-rated days/nights that I would be using!
This would be a total of $300.00 per month when I am there on your property full time, or at least a consistent storage parking fee of $100.00 per month, or more pro-rated rent, when I am not residing on your property full time all month.
If you have room on your property, or even in your driveway, I could pay you $300.00 per month, when I am residing on your property full time, and at least $100.00 per month storage when I am out of state or not there full time!!
I do NOT require rest room facilities {self-contained} or a shower, if they are not easily available to me, because I swim and shower at the public pool almost daily.
Basically though, I do need a place to plug in my electric extension cord, to run a lamp, small TV and DVD player, small fan, etc; and a hose, or some source for water.
I will not be using very much electric, and the $300.00 per month, would have to include the electric I would be using, unless I got an air conditioner.
If you have space on your property, or even just in your driveway, or know someone who does , who could use a little extra money, please let them know. If it works well for everyone, this could be a long-term happy situation. I could help out a little with chores, or errands when I am staying there!
