This Hotel Reservation is currently reserved in my name. Once purchased, I will make arrangements to put the reservation in your name AND provide the reservation confirmation number for you.
You will need a photo ID, and a credit card for incidental room charges. Check in is at 3PM. Check out is 11AM. Cancellations are not permitted. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Any damages are the responsibility of the guest. Pets are not allowed.
Reservations are for a 1 KING BED / Non-Smoking Room at the Hampton Inn - WHITE HOUSE, which has a 4.5 STAR user rating on TripAdvisor.com. Some amenities include: indoor swimming pool, work out facility, valet parking, hot breakfast, and more.
Continental Breakfast Included each morning. Reservation is in my name. I will work with the hotel to get the reservation in your name and/or as a guest on my reservation so that you have complete access. ALL rooms are SOLD OUT on Capitol Hill for this Historic Event!
Valet Parking $45/Day. Paid Directly to Hotel. You are responsible for any/all incidentals that you incur. Payment by Credit Card or Check is acceptable. I will provide a bill of sale and begin transfer once payment is received (and cleared if personal check).
Asking$1500 per Night ($3000 total... No other taxes or fees etc other than incidentals and parking (if needed). (the going rate for hotels in this close proximity to everything is easily $1500 - $3500 and up for this event) I have a conflict in my schedule and cannot attend. I'm simply looking to recoup some of my expenses since the reservation has a no cancellation policy. Open to Reasonable....
