My company sells window shades and blinds. Your job will be to drive to various homes around the Lexington/Needham/Dedham area. We have a list of specific homes that are in need of shades. You will target 1-2 towns per day, which will minimize your driving time, knock on the door of these potential customers, and briefly in 2-3 sentences explain the benefits of our service and products and hand them our info. Very simple product and service to explain. You are not selling anything, you are simply trying to schedule a consultation time where I meet the customer. This is very similar to door to door sales except in this case you are targeting specific homes on a list and they are very likely to be interested in window shades. High conversion rate. There will be training and we'll make sure you are successful. Also not a hard sell. You're simply passing our info along.
Compensation:
$30/hr base and $25/customer consultation scheduled.
Time:
I want between 8-14hrs/wk of sales on the weekend and also Friday.
