This is one of the few condos in Cleveland w/ a full-service concierge, 24 hour security, indoor parking, balcony with great view of the city, and proximity to both East 4th and the Warehouse District (it's actually in the midst of the action :o)). The balcony and living room are both awesome for having cocktail/dinner parties (I have had may), and there's a breakfast bar also. All rooms are wired for cable/high speed internet. This unit has 2.5 bathrooms, and separate closets and sinks in the master bedroom. Completion of the unit itself was in 2008, and it has been owner-occupied until this current date.
