I have a studio, 20 ft by 20 ft, two story in the woods on my land in Westminster, Vt. It cannot be lived in as a residence as it has no electricity or plumbing. It is full of south facing windows, and is quiet, surrounded by trees. It does have a phone line, a gas cookstove, and a sink with counters. It also has an old but good piano. It is a great space for creating. I will be particular about who uses it. It does not have a woodstove at present as someone stole it but is set up for.
