$325 a month. I am looking for a roommate who has a reliable, steady source of income to share apartment and half the electric. We would be sharing a 2 bedroom apartment. You would not be on the lease; everything is in my name. You would be subleasing from me. It is a month to month lease. Rent is due on the 1st, electric is due on the 15th, no exceptions or grace period.

Looking for someone who is mature, no matter the age, just as long as you are responsible and dependable. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs and pets are not allowed in this complex. I am just a 7 minute drive from downtown and VCU/MCV. I'd like someone who has a regular routine and is mostly settled in by a reasonable time in the early evening (occasional exceptions ok). Late night schedules will not work.

2 bedroom apartment in the Northside with hardwood floors. The largest bedroom, would be yours, unfurnished. We do have a private parking lot, so parking is not an issue. There is a one time non-refundable fee for the parking pass.
