Hello. My name is Jarett Catalano and I am a 31 year old male travel nurse. My next assignment brings me to Richmond (VCU on E Marshall St) and I am looking for a place to stay. I am flexible on the living situation whether it is a room for rent or an entire house/townhome or whatever. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am very respectful of where I stay and always pick up after myself. This would be the easiest rent you could ask for. I am ready to move in immediately.

My biggest requirement is that everything be included in the rent payment. I would like wifi available but cable I can take it or leave it. I travel with my dog so I need something pet friendly. He is a 5 year old collie/aussie mix, house trained and friendly. He lives with 2 cats and a mini-aussie at home so he gets along with other pets his size or smaller. And I would need parking for my truck.
