Just bought a new home and looking for a reliable stable MALE roommate for this 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Rent includes water, electricity, washer and dryer, and trash, and wifi (cable is extra $20 due to box).
I am a laid back straight divorced childless male in my 30s. I will be living on the first floor and the 3 other bedrooms and 1 full bath is on the second floor. The downstairs bathroom is mine attached to my bedroom. I believe in laying out everything beforehand so everyone knows what is expected to hopefully alleviate any potential issues. As long as you treat others with respect and treat others the way you would like to be treated, we will get along well.
I need a renter who is basically a good person and is easy to get along with and respectful of others like myself. Here are the things I need :
* $350 deposit (could change based on credit) & first months rent before moving in (deposit to be returned as long as rent is up to date and no damages are made)
* pay rent on time in full before the first of the next month
* 3 month minimum stay lease
* one month notice in moving out or deposit is forfeited
* have stable job
* no pets
* no drugs/smokers or VAPERS/heavy drinkers
* no guns
* no one using antidepressants or with a mental illness
* overnight guests are ok one or two days a week as long as they are respectful of others
* not a ton of guests
* shoes removed at the door (including guests) if you prefer not to you can pay $25 extra rent per month
* no candles
* no major criminal record, background check will be performed
* responsible with utilities
* clean after yourself (dishes, bathroom, food, etc)
