I'm 22 and I have a one year old who lives with me. Rent is $725, electric is $140 (at the highest), water is $60, and tv/internet is $165 I'm looking to drop that down though so I'm not adding in the tv and Internet to yours. But pretty much you"d pay your part which would be half of mine rent $362.50, water $30 and electric $70. That adds up to around $462.50. Also I may add I don't want an extremely obnoxious roommate, but I don't expect you to be silent. I don't do drugs or smoke. I occasionally smoke cigarets, but I'll do it outside. I drink occasionally, but not very often. I'd like to have a roommate who can be a friend as well as a roommate. (Male or female). No!
